Roasted Brussels Sprouts

If you think you don't like brussels sprouts, but you've never tried them roasted, you're seriously missing out! These mini-cabbage-things turn into a nutty, crunchy delicious treat that almost feel like eating candy! I'm not kidding!!!

If you're looking for an excellent way to make them, follow this recipe! It's super easy!

First, start with fresh sprouts. Frozen turn mushy and lack flavor, and just won't work in this recipe!

Rinse your sprouts, cut off the end and cut them in half so all of the pieces are approximately the same size.

Spread them out on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Slide them into a preheated 400 degree oven and roast for about 15 minutes. Take them out and flip them over and put them back in for another 15 minutes.

When they're done, they'll be nicely toasted and amazing!!!

Go try it! You can thank me later! :)
